Wendy’s practice is grounded in an anti-oppressive, feminist, and neurodiversity-affirming lens, recognizing how culture, family systems, and life experiences shape our emotional well-being. Wendy integrates evidence-based and experiential approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic practices to support clients in creating meaningful and lasting change.
Growing up in China and later immigrating to North America, Wendy understands the complexities of navigating different cultures, identities, and expectations. Her personal journey has given her deep insight into the challenges of balancing family values, cultural identity, and the desire to live authentically.
Before becoming a clinical counsellor, Wendy worked closely with immigrant families and children, where she witnessed how emotional needs are often misunderstood across generations and cultures. These experiences inspired her to help individuals and families strengthen communication, deepen self-understanding, and build more meaningful connections.

Rosanna is a therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapy practitioner who integrates counselling, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), hypnotherapy, and coaching to help clients understand and shift subconscious patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
With a trauma-informed and mind-body approach, Rosanna supports individuals navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging patterns, and life transitions. Her work explores how past experiences, emotional patterns, and deeply held beliefs can influence our present-day thoughts, behaviours, relationships, and sense of self.
Rosanna believes that every person is fundamentally whole. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or relying on willpower, she works collaboratively with clients to explore the beliefs and protective patterns they have developed throughout life and cultivate greater self-awareness, self-trust, and emotional well-being.
Her interest in this work is also deeply personal. After living with severe eczema for more than 20 years, Rosanna began exploring the relationship between chronic stress, emotional patterns, and physical well-being. Her own experience with Clinical Hypnotherapy and RTT® became an important part of her healing journey and inspired her to train in these approaches.
Having studied Sociology at the University of British Columbia and lived and worked across diverse cultures, Rosanna brings a culturally sensitive and inclusive perspective to her practice. Her sessions are warm, compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental, creating space for clients to understand what has shaped them, reconnect with their inner resources, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned.
