  • The one on one private session is 2 hours. For clients who wishes to have time to talk and integrate after the breathwork, it is recommended to book a 2.5 hours session.

  • Yes. Heidi is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, RCC, she uses IFS and Rebirthing Breathwork as one of her modalities to help her clients. Rebirthing Breathwork session facilitated by Heidi is eligible for extended health benefits coverage.

  • Yes. Rebirthing Breathwork helps bring repressed emotions and trauma-related memories to the surface. When these are processed in a safe, conscious state, the brain can "reconsolidate” memories and rewires how those memories are stored, reducing emotional charge and creating new, healthier patterns.
